Custom & Digital Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, products that are custom-printed or digitally delivered are considered Final Sale once production has commenced or files have been delivered.

  • Personalized Gear: Branded corporate apparel, lanyards, and custom bottles.
  • Production Prints: Large-format posters, educational prints, and wall calendars.
  • Digital Content: Retouched photography and high-resolution digital downloads.
Quality Assurance

We strongly encourage clients to review digital proofs carefully before finalizing an order. As a studio focused on technical mastery, we ensure that the final product matches the approved proof with industrial-grade accuracy.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If there is a failure in our quality control or transit process, we provide immediate support.

  • Technical Defects: If your print arrives with color errors or manufacturing flaws, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
  • Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged in transit, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement.
  • Refund Processing: Valid refunds for non-custom items are processed within 10-15 business days following an inspection of the returned goods.
Return Shipping

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or damage occurred during the initial delivery from our studio.
